CHatgpt Down: The popular OpenAi chatbot is once again experiencing great global interruptions. The platform has experienced consistent interruptions since introducing the image generation tool for users worldwide. Users cannot access chatgpt for daily tasks because the shared prompt contains an error.
According to Dowector, the interruption hit the peak late in the evening, with over 2,000 reports in the United States and more than 200 in India. ChatgPT received more than 80%of complaints, followed by the site (18%) and the application (6%). This interruption occurs only one day after a similar interruption on Tuesday night, where 1,594 users reported problems globally. At the time, 94% of complaints were specific to ChatgPT, raising concerns about OpenAi’s ability to deal with the growing demand for general AI services.
Disappointed users have moved into X and are sharing fun memes, opinions and videos to troll the chat for several outages in the same week. Some users have also found humor in position and trolled CEO Sam Altman for tweets, “You are not ready for picture equipment version 2,” statement. While the reason behind the outage remains unknown at the moment, it may be due to the heavy response that the chatbot is getting.
Openai had earlier stated that it has added more than 1 million users in an hour. The company is getting a lot of attention after Ghibli‘s tendency went viral. Interestingly, the company expanded the style image generating tool for free users. However, due to the huge number of users, the company limited it to only 3 image generations per day. This is still unknown when Chatgpt services will be restored.
